02What data we collect
We collect and process the following personal data:
- Contact information. Name, email address, company name, phone number.
- Business information. Project details, technical requirements, communication history.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages visited.
- Payment information. Invoicing details, payment records.
03Why we process your data
Each purpose has a legal basis under Article 6 GDPR, and they are not interchangeable — where the basis is consent you can withdraw it at any time, and it costs you nothing.

05International data transfers
When working with international clients your data may be transferred outside the EU. Where it is, the transfer runs on Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision.
06How long we keep your data
- Active clients. The duration of the contract and 10 years after, which is what Italian fiscal law requires.
- Prospects and inquiries. 2 years from the last contact.
- Marketing lists. Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data — the right to be forgotten
- Restrict processing
- Data portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
